Imperial & K.I.N.E.T.I.K – Adventures in Technicolour

This album is a few months old but I loved it so much, I wanted it to be the first album I reviewed. It starts with One Big Rhyme and instantly, you get a taste of what this album is like. Uplifting, soulful and as bright as the album cover. One Big Rhyme is probably the stand out track of the album but that doesn’t mean the standards drop below that. It’s consistent all the way through and the relationship between K.I.N.E.T.I.K over Imperial’s beats never wavers. They’re also in good company with guest verses from Micall Parknsun, Oddisee , James Gardin and the smooth voice of Tone Richardson on a few hooks. It’s an album that won’t disappoint. Check it out for yourself below.
